Return information

Here at Intothevibes Vintage, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option to return items within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

Return policy

Our returns policy applies to all items that are in unworn and undamaged condition and are in their original packaging or equivalent protection. Please note that for hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns of intimate apparel items such as swimwear unless they have manufacturing defects.

Return procedure

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

1- Contact our customer service department: before returning the items, please contact our customer service department by emailing vintage@intothevibes.de to announce your return. In your message, please include your order number and the items you wish to return.

2- Careful packaging: Pack the items to be returned securely to avoid damage during transport. We recommend that you use the original packaging or choose equivalent packaging.

3- Shipping the return: Send the items back to the address provided by our customer service. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend that you use an insured shipping service to enable tracking of your return.

4- Return processing: Once we have received and checked the returned items, we will process the return. Depending on the payment method, it may take a few days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Refunds

For approved returns, refunds are usually processed through the original payment method. Please note that due to the processing time of your credit institution, the amount may take a few days to be visible in your account.

• Intothevibes Vintage reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above guidelines or contain damaged items.
